This site has two new additions. On the Collaborations page is “Tulips Flame,” a shisan (twelve-verse) renku I wrote on Gabriola Island, British Columbia, with Amelia Fielden, Marg Sutton, Naomi Beth Wakan, and Zulis Yalte. And on the Haiku and Senryu page is “Sammamish Haiku,” a collection of twenty poems about the city where I live. Nine of these poems will soon be appearing in the city’s ten-year comprehensive plan with artwork by Anna Macrae. It’s nice to see civic documents making room for the arts in such a way!
