A shiny new addition to my Poems page is a set of three pieces I wrote for bill bissett, the legendary Canadian “poetry trickster,” as Anne Waldman has called him. Take a look at Three Poems for Bissett, which includes “the bill for poetry,” “belt it bliss,” and “son et lumière,” the second of which was included in radiant danse uv being, a collection of poems in celebration of bissett’s life and poetry, published in 2006. It was a pleasure to be a part of this unique anthology for this utterly unique poet.
