Thises and Thats

Some miscellaneous additions to this website are four new quotations in the On Haiku page (by Ezra Bayda, Alan Watts, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, and Leo Tolstoy), and “Bedroom Conversation,” a brief email exchange I had with Marijke Verkaik about ekphrastic poetry and in particular my poem “Bedroom in Arles.” And new to the Haiku and Senryu page is “Wintering,” a sequence of seven haiku that recently appeared in Solitary Plover.
