We Three Gifts

In case you might want to think of them as gifts, I have three new additions to this site. The first is the addition of “not an ode to haiku” by Marlene Mountain to the “Poems About Haiku” section of the Poems by Others page. The second is the addition of a tanka sequence, “Shichifukujin: The Seven Lucky Gods,” to the Tanka and Sequences pages. And the third is the addition of “Poetry That Heals” to the Haiku and Senryu, Tanka, and Interviews pages, consisting of eight poems (five haiku and three tanka) with commentary by Naomi Beth Wakan, from her book of the same name. Open each gift slowly!
