Tulip Festival Haiga Exercise
In July of 2003, Carol Raisfield, director of the World Haiku Club’s haiku multimedia group, asked me if I might supply a haiku for their group to use in making haiga, either photo-haiga or other artwork made on a computer. I was happy to supply the following poem, and also offer commentary on each of the seventy varied and colourful haiga that resulted.
